I can't praise ICO Construction & Remodeling enough. They took a thirty plus year old Fox and Jacob broken down kitchen & turned it into a beautiful, bright, & functional highlight of our home. ICO was very professional and accommodating. My wife kept adding things to her want list and they did it, completely realizing her vision. All the workmen were pleasant and hard working, especially William & Ramon. Any problems that popped up were quickly rectified. I highly recommend ICO Construction & Remodeling.

Great experience working with ICO on our bathroom remodel. We had a shower leak in our old bathroom and needed to start quickly. Ilia and Or were able to get us started on a fast timeline since it was not a planned renovation. We are thrilled with the new bright, open space and incredible upgrades they were able to provide!!

ICO LLC did an amazing job on our 1st floor renovation!! I had heard contractor horror stories and had one of my own. ICO LLC blows that stereotype away. We renovated the kitchen, master bath, guest bath, stairs, and all hardwood floor refinishing. Communication was prompt, clear and concise. They always made sure the choice/decisions were clear and documented. All subcontractors/trades were amazing and professional and kept work area clean. As you can see from the photos, the results turned out amazing!!! ICO LLC may have some of the best subcontractors/trades in the area! And they have built a strong relationship with them so it is not random trades/workers in your house. They are representing ICO LLC and they take that very seriously and it shows.

ICO Construction/Remodeling LLC deserves high praise for their exceptional work on our master bathroom remodel. From the outset, they showcased professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to delivering the highest quality results. We had an aggressive, hard stop timing target due to entertaining guests in early June. The remodel was completed several days ahead of schedule, which speaks volumes about their efficiency and dedication. And the project was completed on cost, with only a couple transparent and agreed changes precipitated by several decisions we made as the project progressed. No hidden fees, no last-minute surprises, just honest and transparent pricing based on detailed estimate and agreed scope up front. The overall project cost was highly competitive with other bids we received. We’ve done a lot of projects like this (even bigger, including 2-story addition) in the past, working with many different contractors in different homes in different states. What sets ICO apart is how organized and disciplined they are in their planning and execution. Communication is best-in-class, with daily updates, advising when contractors would be starting each day, what they expected to accomplish by when, and what decisions/help they needed from us to keep on track. They were not hesitant to make suggestions to improve the design or execution, especially regarding cost/value tradeoffs, which was very helpful. The craftsmanship of their work is impressive, especially custom cabinets, woodwork, tile and paint. Very high attention to detail, often catching little issues I hadn’t even noticed, and reworking them to deliver the highest quality, turning our vision into a stunning reality. ICO Construction/Remodeling LLC has undeniably set a benchmark for excellence. If you’re looking for a reliable team to handle your remodeling needs, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They delivered not just a remodel, but a masterpiece!

I have recently completed a bathroom remodel using ICO. I cannot say enough about the quality, professionalism, and service provided by this company.
